Ty has strong traditional morals, at least partly ingrained by his mother. He remained a virgin despite his deep desires and his celebrity status as he wished to hold off until marriage and his girlfriend broke up with him recently, taking considerable effort for Lucifer Morningstar to convince him to go for a pretty girl who's interested in him. He's never even touched alcohol before.
