| + | Based on Lucifer's apparent redemption it's possible that the Sinnerman is an actual sin eater, a tradition in which a person would take on the sins of the dead and dying similar to the ancient tradition of the scapegoat later replaced by "Jesus'/Joshua's forgiveness" . If he did in fact devour Lucifer's sins it would explain how his wings regenerated (as his brother's probably would have had he not sinned) and the loss of Lucifer's devil face, making the Sinnerman the new devil. |
