Paddy was a thug who worked for the crime boss, Tommy Stomanoto.
Biography[]
Enforcing[]
As a low level thug, Paddy worked for the crime boss, Tommy Stompanato, out of the Garden Club. One night in 1946, Tommy's girl, chanteuse, Lily Rose, was approached by Lucifer Morningstar. Paddy and Vincenzo intercepted him, and demanded to know what the "laddie" was doing, approaching Stompanato's girl. Lily, however, arrived and halted the confrontation. Paddy and Vincenzo were told to make it clear to Tommy that she was "nobody's girl." All Paddy and his partner could do was scowl in response.
When Lucifer and Jack Monroe started asking questions about Lily's missing ring, Paddy and Vincenzo were ordered by Tommy to rough them up outside the club. They had Benny lure them out, where Paddy watched as Vincenzo sucker punched Jack. After Jack started fighting back, Paddy was about to join in, aiming for Lucifer, but Tommy stopped the fight. Paddy assured the boss that they completed their task in "[warming] them up" for him.
He then stood back with Vincenzo as Tommy threatened Lucifer and Jack if they kept investigating the theft of Lily's ring. The two laughed along with Tommy when he chuckled at his threat, before silencing themselves at his order. Paddy and Vincenzo then left with Tommy.[1]
Lily's Performance[]
After Tommy and Vincenzo were killed at Tommy's mansion, Paddy attended one of Lily's performances at the Garden Club. He listened to her duet with Lucifer before having to use the restroom, so headed to the back just as the song ended.[1]
Personality[]
Paddy was a criminal, loyal to his boss, Stompanato. He obeyed his orders to the letter, such as guarding Lily Rose from other men regardless of her wishes. He was eager to please Tommy, and when he wasn't able to rough up Lucifer Morningstar as Vincenzo did to Jack Monroe per Tommy's orders, he lied saying they both did as their boss ordered. Despite his loyalty, Paddy was wary of Stompanato. He laughed when Tommy laughed and shut up when ordered to do so.
