History
John Decker was a detective for the LAPD. He married Penelope, who was a famous 80's sci-fi movie star, and they had a daughter, Chloe. John passed away when Chloe was 19. After his death, the paparazzi invaded his funeral because of Penelope's fame. Chloe punched out the paparazzi's camera and later decided to join the LAPD.
