Hector is Benny Choi's assistant and an ex-marine.

History

Hector served as a sniper in the Marines before becoming assistant to artist Benny Choi. Benny attempted to frame Yellow Viper by having Hector shoot up Benny's show, but with Lucifer's help, Chloe Decker figured out it's all staged. When Decker deduced Hector was responsible, Hector confessed to his role and agreed to testify.
