Grigori Rasputin was a mystic that was friend's with Nicholas II's family. At some point, he and and Lucifer Morningstar started a "private club for magicians" that angered the Romanovs. Due to his influence on tsarina, he was assassinated by a group of nobles; it took cyanide poisoning, three gun shots, and drowning.[1]
