Chloe Decker's Apartment is apartment 106 at Sel Mar Apartments in Venice, California. Chloe Decker acquired the lease after the then resident, Lily, was arrested for the murder of Daria Mitchell. She and Mazikeen then agreed to share expenses and moved into the apartment. Maze eventually moved out, leaving Chloe, and Trixie Espinoza as the residents.

Apartment 106 was the home of Lily until she murdered Daria Mitchell in "Lady Parts"and was arrested. Chloe Decker then took the apartment and it became the home for her, Mazikeen, and Trixie Espinoza.[1] After a bit of a learning curve, Chloe and Maze were able to find a way to live together.[2]

Maze eventually moved out after she lost control of her personal issues.[3] She made it official after Chloe found out the truth about Lucifer Morningstar and was actively trying to keep Maze from Trixie.[4]

After Aurora Morningstar arrived from the future, she stayed in Trixie's room while the child was at camp.[5] When her present self was born, she spent her whole life there.[6]

In Chloe's final days, she passed away peacefully in her home.[7]
