In the episode it shows what would happen if God never put Chloe in lucifers path but if that happened then surely she wouldn’t have been born because Amenadiel blessed John and Penelope Decker to have her.

In season 1, Amenadiel finds out Lucifer is now mortal, so he saves Malcolm from hell and tasks him with killing Lucifer to go back to hell. Why didn't he just hire a mercenary or assasin?
Season 1, because she was a promising character, and acted like a demon. After that she just got sappy and sensitive
