Wikipedia lists the last episode to air as 16. It lists dates for 17, 18, 19, then two TBA, then 24 on may 10. First, that skips over two episodes before 24. Second, I was thinking that 22 + 4 from last season = 26. How many eposodes are there supposed to be in Season 3? 24 or 26?

Last episode to air was 17. Currently it's believed that this season will have 24 episodes.
When 4 episodes were moved from s2 to s3, no one knew how they would be counted. Per showrunner (from March 2017), "the good news is we'll have at LEAST 22 episodes of Lucifer next season. Maybe 26?? Probably 24? Hard to say this early". Since then, various info has led to conclusion of 24 episodes.

They posted a picture of the script of 19 saying it's the penultimate episode. Plus they've already aired the ones caused over from season 2. So I'm guessing it's 20+4 this year.

Though a fourth season hasn't been confirmed, it's kinda being implied since they're shooting 22 episodes this year but only airing 20 of them. Third season has a total of 24 episodes once you count the 4 that were shot the previous year.
